To make a difference to Horses In Need who are victims of abuse, neglect or in risk of going to slaughter. To form a network of foster homes and sponsors in No California teaming together to preserve the life and dignity of the horse through rescue, rehabilitation and adoption into compatible loving homes. To be part of the solution by raising public awareness and education, improving both the lives of Horses In Need and the people whose souls they touch.
